Piotr Bordakiewicz
He graduated from the Law Faculty of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow in 1996. Master's thesis entitled "Transforming capital companies." he wrote under the direction of prof. Ireneusz Weiss in the Department of Private Economic Law of the Jagiellonian University, the work was rated as very good and then published. In the years 1996-1998 he completed legal apprenticeship at the Provincial Court in Krakow, completed with a complex judge exam. Then, from April 1999 to June 2004, he practiced law as an assessor and then a prosecutor of the District Prosecutor's Office in Słupsk and Sławno. On the basis of the resolution of 15 June 2004 No. 45 / VI / 04 of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Koszalin, he was entered on the list of legal advisers under No. SŁ 279/04 and in September 2004 he took the oath by obtaining the right to practice the legal advisor. Since October 2002, Rafał Dobranowski has been a PhD student at the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw, where he is preparing a doctoral dissertation on commercial law under the direction of prof. A. Szajkowski.
He studied law at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and as a TEMPUS scholarship at the University of Utrecht. He defended his master's thesis on the system and jurisdictions in civil and commercial matters in the Netherlands with a very good grade, which was subsequently published in the Palestinian newspaper, working as an assistant in the Department of Civil Proceedings of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, he completed a full-time apprenticeship in Provincial Court in Toruń.He worked as an acesor and judge at the District Court in Słupsk from 2001. First at the Department of Labor and Social Security, then at the Economic Department.He held the office of the Chairman of these Departments and the Head of the Registry Section of Bankruptcy and Agreements. Vice-president of the District Court in Słupsk.

Our specialty is the law of commercial companies, their representation, terms of liability of partners and transformation of companies as well as debt collection and trading in securities. In solving disputes and problems of our clients, we strive to obtain advantageous solutions through out-of-court proceedings. Knowledge of foreign languages: English, German and Russian enables us to represent Clients who conduct extensive economic activity both in domestic trade with foreign entities and in international trade. In our relations with clients, we always try to minimize the costs of the client while maximizing the effort put in by the employees of the Law Office to solve the problem.

Documents prepared by the Office of Legal Advisers at the request of our clients are translated into English, German and Russian.
Pro Bono
DB Legal Advisors Office has also decided to act pro bono. We provide legal advice to persons in a very difficult life situation and deprivation who urgently need legal assistance. We stipulate that the assessment of the life situation and deprivation of the person concerned, and the final decision to grant or refuse to provide pro bono assistance belong exclusively to the Office of Legal Advisors DB. Interested parties are invited every Thursday from 2:00 to 3:00, reserving only personal contact in pro bono cases.
Billing methods
In order to meet the diverse wishes of our clients, we offer a flexible, individually tailored system of settlements with the Law Office, namely:
• settlement according to a fixed lump sum related to regular customer service,
• settlement according to the hourly rate related to the Customer's regular service,
• hourly rate settlement for individual customers,
• settlement based on an individual rate set for a given case,
• others determined individually according to the client's proposal.
